Aussitôt Mort & Pneu LIVE

On December 1st, famous underground band PNEU was playing the El Camino. I showed up quite early and the place was already mobbed with people who wanted to see the Pneu live extravaganza. Les yeux de la tête and Aussitôt Mort opened for the band from Tours. After two hours of music, Pneu set up and played a-straight-in-your-face show in the middle of the crowd. Most bands play in front of a crowd, they play in.

More than a decade ago, the metal factory of my hometown finally closed down. It was the biggest metal factory of the region. It had been running for decades and had never stopped even for one day. When the factory closed, a lot of workers found themselves unemployed and a lot of them really struggled to survive through this. Nowadays many years have passed since this very sad episode but the memory is still alive in some ways and graphic artists have recently decided to make pieces of street art out of old metal worker homes which have been proudly standing in the surroundings completely abandonned.
